In-stock locks and accessories usually ship within 1–2 working days.
Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode.
When your order ships, we send the tracking details on WhatsApp and email.
Please check the package when it arrives. If the seal is broken or the box is damaged, write that on the delivery receipt, or refuse the delivery, and tell us within 48 hours.

Installation is free on every OTODOR lock.
In serviceable pincodes we schedule it within 48 hours of delivery.
A certified OTODOR technician fits the lock. They enrol your fingerprints and set up the app with your family before they leave.
Use the pincode checker on any product page to see if installation is available where you live. If it isn't, we'll tell you before you order.

Gate motors, swing gate arms and boom barriers are installed by OTODOR or an authorised OTODOR partner. The installation charge is shown on the product page and in your quote.
Your electrician needs to lay the wiring before installation day. The wiring guide is on each gate automation product page, and we're happy to talk your electrician through it.
We fix the installation date with you once the wiring is in place.
For the first 30 days after installation, service visits are free. After that, a visit charge applies to gate automation, and we tell you what it is before we come.
