Type the code. Or tap your phone.
The keypad works on its own, no phone needed. When your phone is nearby, the Smart Life app opens it over Bluetooth. Try the keypad below: the code is 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Your 6-digit code, on 9 keys.
Press your 6 digits and the 6-light bar fills up, one light per digit. A wrong code flashes red and stays locked.
One tap in the Smart Life app.
Pair VAULTEX once over Bluetooth. After that, open the app near the lock and tap to unlock.
Small enough for a zip. Smart enough for a locker.
The full feature list.
- 6-digit code. Set your own 6-digit code on the 9-button keypad and change it whenever you like.
- Bluetooth unlock. Pair with the Smart Life app on Android or iPhone and open it from your phone.
- Works without a phone. The keypad needs no internet and no app once your code is set.
- 6-light status bar. Confirms every key press, a correct code and a wrong one.
- Chrome-finish shackle. Sized for zips, lockers and hasps.
- Grippy textured body. Matte black housing that doesn't slip or show scratches.
- Replaceable batteries. One set runs about 6–12 months, depending on how often you open it.
- Pocket-size. Fits in your palm and weighs next to nothing in a bag.

Before you order.
Do I need my phone to open it?
No. The keypad works on its own. Bluetooth through the Smart Life app is a second way in, handy when you've forgotten the code or want to open it from your phone.
Does it need internet or Wi-Fi?
No. The keypad works offline. Phone unlock uses Bluetooth, so your phone only needs to be near the lock.
Which app does it use?
The free Smart Life app on Android and iPhone. Pair VAULTEX once and it stays in your app.
How long do the batteries last?
About 6–12 months per set, depending on how often you open it. The batteries are replaceable, so the lock never needs to go back for charging.
Will it fit my suitcase zips?
Yes. VAULTEX is sized for luggage and backpack zip pulls, gym and office lockers, cupboard hasps and cabinet rings.
